For horticultural & produce show committees

The annual show, run from one place.

Entrants, entries, judging results, cup standings, certificates and prize money - with the score sheets, staging plans and presentation lists printed and ready. Built by a show committee that got tired of the spreadsheets.

No apps to install. It works in the browser on the laptop you already have.

Class 1 - What it does

Everything between the schedule and the silverware.

One place for the records your show already keeps on paper and in a dozen spreadsheets - connected, so entering a result once updates the points, the cups and the certificates together.

Entrants & entries

Members and children with age checks against each class's limits, entries by class with A/B second entries, and how each arrived - online, in person, by post or late.

Results, as the sheets come in

Pick a section and its classes appear as rows in score-sheet order - type the placings straight down the page. One prize per entrant per class is enforced for you.

Cups that know the rules

Points cups score to your scheme, double-point and first-prize-only classes included. Winner's bars - one year or two - exclude recent winners automatically. Ties break the way your rules say.

Print pack for show day

Stewards' score sheets with judges pre-filled, exhibit labels, the hall staging summary, children's prize money, and the Chair's cup list in presentation order.

Certificates & awards

Batch-printed by place on your card stock, with your society's artwork. Children's consolation awards are worked out automatically so no one is missed in the rush.

Records that build

Year rolls over cleanly: cups remember their holders, entrants keep their history, and the annual report writes itself from the results.

Class 2 - The show year

It follows your calendar.

Winter

Set the schedule

Sections, classes, judges, cups and rules for the coming show - or import last year's and edit.

Entry week

Take the entries

Paste online entries, key the paper ones, print exhibit labels and the staging plan for the hall.

Show day

Judge and award

Score sheets out in the morning; results in by section after lunch; cups, money and certificates ready for the presentation.

After

Report and roll over

The committee report, the records archived, and next year started with one click.

Class 3 - Pricing

Priced like a society expense, not a subscription trap.

Less than a judge's fee for the year, invoiced when committees set budgets, paid by bank transfer. Your data is exportable, always.

Setup service - £75 one-off. Send your schedule and last year's records; we configure classes, cups, rules and branding, create the logins, and hand over on a 30-minute call.
Show-week cover - from £30/hour. Pre-booked, hands-on help during your show week: entry-day processing, results entry, printing. Weekend capacity is limited, so book early.
Founding societies: the first societies to join have setup waived and their first year at £100, in exchange for honest feedback and permission to mention them as early adopters.
Class 4 - Your data

Held the way a society would want.

Show records include children's names and ages, so the whole system is built to that standard.

The minimum recorded - an age for class limits, never a date of birth.
No tracking, no analytics cookies, no advertising, no card details.
Hosted records encrypted, isolated per society, backed up for 35 days.
Export everything at any time; leave with a full copy, deleted our end within 30 days.
Your society stays the data controller; a plain-English privacy summary is part of the paperwork.
Class 5 - Get in touch

Tell us about your show.

Send your schedule - a PDF is fine - or just ask a question; you'll be talking to the person who built it and runs a show with it.
